We are a family run business and offer a friendly, local service that we hope you will enjoy. We pride ourselves on good communication and keeping to our promise of timelines and budgets.
But most of all, we want you to enjoy the whole experience from start to finish!
1. DESIGN VISIT
Once we've had an initial discussion about your project, we book in a time for a home visit that suits you. The purpose of the home visit is to see the space, discuss your ideas, and take the necessary measurements. We will also show you samples of finishes, and discuss lighting and handles. If you find there are too many options then we can also suggest combinations that we know work well! The visit will last approx. 1.5 hours
2. 3D VISUALISATION
Our 3D visualiser, Tom Jackson, creates a model of your furniture based on the measurements and requirements taken during your home visit. These drawings are used not only to build your furniture but also to help you visualise what your furniture will look like. At this stage you have the option of making changes before your furniture is built.
3. MADE IN OUR WORKSHOP
Your bespoke furniture is built in our workshop in Woodbury Salterton near Exeter in Devon using the latest, high end equipment and techniques. We build all the components of your furniture in the workshop to minimise the amount of carpentry we do in your home.

We welcome visitors to our workshop if you'd like to see where your furniture is made. We also have a small showroom where you can view samples of finishes.
4. INSTALLATION
When your furniture is ready to install we'll bring the components to your home for fitting. This will be done by either Chris or Mike. We are careful to create as little noise and mess in your home to minimise disruption to your home life. When we are finished, we leave your home clean and today ready for you to enjoy your new furniture!
5. AFTERCARE
We hope that you will be very happy with your new fitted furniture. All our furniture comes with a 10 year guarantee from Just Wood Furniture, and the hardware (hinges & runners) have a lifetime guarantee from the manufacturer.
